Coastal Golf Academy respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through our website, scheduling tools, forms, and payment experiences, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, golfer or player details, goals, experience level, appointment information, program interests, form responses, and communications when you contact us, schedule a consultation, register for a program, or make a purchase.
Transaction information. We may receive order details, purchased products or services, transaction status, and limited billing information. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor presented at checkout, which may include Helcim or another provider connected to our scheduler. Coastal Golf Academy does not receive or store your full payment card number through those hosted payment forms.
Website and device information. We and our service providers may collect IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring website, pages viewed, links selected, appointment-flow activity, and similar usage information through cookies and related technologies.

Provide coaching, appointments, memberships, junior programs, purchases, and customer support.

Cookies and analytics
Our site uses essential cookies needed for security and basic functionality. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy terms. Analytics information is used in aggregate to evaluate marketing and improve our website and booking experience. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.
Scheduling and service providers
We use Squarespace to host our website and Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage appointments. We also use service providers for analytics, payments, communications, security, and business operations. These providers process information for the services they perform and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Junior golfers
Our junior programs are intended to be arranged by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to submit personal information independently through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without appropriate permission may contact us to request review or deletion.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate our website, scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, and programs; when you direct us to do so; to protect rights, safety, and security; or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
